BIITS AI Academy is a mobile learning app that takes you from AI beginner to expert through structured foundation tracks and knowledge-base content. This page covers how to get help and manage your subscription.
Full access to BIITS AI Academy is a subscription of €29.99 per year. It renews automatically each year unless cancelled, and you can cancel any time. Prices in other countries are shown at checkout in your local currency.
How do I subscribe?
Open the App and tap the unlock button on the welcome screen. Payment is handled securely by the Apple App Store using your Apple ID.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the App, and on the welcome screen tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, your access will be restored.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the App. On your iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select BIITS AI Academy → cancel or change. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do refunds work?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid but the content will not unlock.
First tap Restore Purchases on the welcome screen. If that does not work, make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, then email info@biits.be and we will sort it out.
Does the content work offline?
Yes. Once loaded, the knowledge base is available offline on your device.
