These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BIITS AI Academy mobile application (the "App"), published by Biits Consultancy BV ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App provides educational content on artificial intelligence literacy and prompting, delivered as structured lessons, infographics, and interactive exercises. Access to the full content library requires a paid subscription (see section 4). We may add, change, or remove content over time to keep the material current.
The App is intended for adult professional learners. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:

Access to the full content of the App is sold as an auto-renewable annual subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple acts as the merchant of record and handles all payments, receipts, and refund requests. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; requests are made through Apple, not through us. To the extent of any conflict, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your license to use the App, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because the App provides immediate access to digital content on purchase, you acknowledge that supply begins at once and that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once access has been provided, to the extent permitted by law. Any refund remains subject to Apple's App Store policies.
All content in the App, including text, infographics, structure, and design, is owned by Biits Consultancy BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the content within the App for your own learning. No other rights are granted.
The App and its content are provided for general educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The content is decision support and learning material, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for any specific situation. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error free, or that the App will be uninterrupted or fault free, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biits Consultancy BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Belgian or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, in particular the acceptable use restrictions in section 3. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription as described in section 4.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence within the EU.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
